Nicki Minaj will be joined by a secret guest during her performance at this year's MTV Video Music Awards.
The rapper was confirmed yesterday (September 4) as a performing artist at the ceremony, which will take place at Los Angeles's Staples Center on September 6.
Minaj will take to the stage with a surprise guest, but it has not yet been revealed for which song.
Rihanna, One Direction, Alicia Keys, Pink, Frank Ocean and Lil Wayne will all perform at the MTV VMAs 2012, which will be broadcast live from 8/7c.
Meanwhile, Minaj recently seemingly pledged her support for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney in new song 'Mercy'.
